All about Mrs Speight

Mrs Speight has been a teacher for 20 years but only joined the Grosvenor Park family in September 2025. She spent 12 years teaching Secondary Physical Education before deciding to move across to Primary PE and school sport, having started a family of her own. In September 2025 Mrs Speight began to move away from her PE specialism, having discovered a new love for phonics and early reading. Although still a huge sports fanatic and avid supporter of school sport, Mrs Speight is loving working in milepost one. She can frequently be found planning her next school art project or delivering some part of the curriculum outside somewhere.

When Mrs Speight is not at school, she enjoys playing hockey and netball, coaching football, running and walking her springer spaniel. She is a lover of the arts and enjoys time being creative and also enjoys the hustle and bustle of London town where she makes regular visits.

Mrs Speight is very enthusiastic and excited about the next chapter in her career and is looking forward to making many more memories with the staff and children of Grosvenor Park.
