Miss Dempsey is ready, she’s bursting with cheer,
“Class 6!” she cries, “It’s finally here!”
With a smile on her face and a song in her heart,
She’s excited and ready — let’s make a great start!

She loves making people happy, that much is true,
And seeing children try their best is her favourite thing to do.
When someone keeps going, when someone succeeds,
Miss Dempsey is cheering at record-breaking speeds!

She’ll sing in the classroom, she’ll laugh and she’ll dance,
She might even break into a song by chance!
A little bit crazy? Well… maybe that’s right,
But she brings lots of sunshine from morning till night!

She dreams of the summer, the sunshine and fun,
Long lazy mornings and days in the sun.
But when September comes, she’ll be ready to go,
With lessons and laughter and places to grow.

She loves her family more than words can say,
And Leo, her son, makes her smile every day.
Then there are cats — oh, she loves them a lot,
Fluffy little creatures who melt her on the spot!

But there’s something that matters more than you know:
She wants every child to have chances to grow.
To believe in themselves, to give things a try,
To pick themselves up when they stumble or cry.

So here’s to Miss Dempsey, a teacher so bright,
A little bit bonkers, but full of delight!
Class 6, get ready — you’re in for a treat,
With singing, adventures and learning so sweet!
